Our Organisation

Total Trader is a partnership between eBridge (a division of the StoneBridge Group) and Saxo Bank. Total Trader was established in 2003 and is an authorised representative of the StoneBridge Group.

StoneBridge was formed in Sydney in 1994 as a specialist futures broking firm. The StoneBridge group has since grown rapidly to become an integrated investment and financial services company, which now has operations spanning three pillars: Broking Solutions; Capital Markets and Corporate Advisory; and Wealth Management. 

Broking Solutions Provides - a range of listed and unlisted Equities (domestic and international); Options and Warrants; Futures (which includes both domestic and international futures covering equities, commodities, and interest rates); Foreign Exchange contracts; and Contracts For Difference.

Capital Markets & Corporate Advisory Provides - capital raising and corporate advisory services; Equity capital markets (including primary and secondary equity issuance); and corporate advisory services (including mergers and acquisitions).

Wealth Management Provides - a suite of Managed Funds; Individually Managed Account services; Portfolio Administration Services; Wholesale access to Direct Securities; and Derivatives trading.

StoneBridge aims to enhance value by providing clients with a portfolio of StoneBridge solutions rather than focusing on individual products. This focus is underpinned by StoneBridge’s corporate culture, which is a product of the company’s background as a privately owned entity and is re-inforced by StoneBridge employees’ notable equity ownership of the firm.

Compliance

StoneBridge’s internal compliance division is responsible for ensuring that StoneBridge and its representatives adhere to all regulatory and legal requirements. This team liaises with ASIC, ASX and other regulatory bodies as well as acting as the conduit with StoneBridge’s legal advisors.

Board of Directors

StoneBridge Group Ltd, the ultimate holding company of the StoneBridge Group, has an experienced Board, consisting of members with significant industry, legal and corporate governance experience.
